Each laundry hamper takes up to 2 days to weave by hand, and all can be repurposed around the home as log baskets or toy storage, for example. Our Ofelia laundry hampers are a particularly good size for blankets and throws, slippers and gloves and hats. Our range of ethically produced laundry baskets offer something practical and beautiful for every household – even the largest family!

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, once your payment has been confirmed.

What if it didn't arrive:

It is very rare that items will get lost upon delivery. Our delivery team will contact you on the delivery day to ensure that someone is available to receive your order.

RETURNS

If you decide you don’t like your basket we will be happy to accept returns for free and refund you for the item as long as it is returned to us within 5 days of purchase. Returned products must be in the same condition as was received, complete with original tags and labels attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If your order arrives with you damaged due to delivery on it's way out to you, and you would like to return it, we will of course be happy to reimburse for the item and the cost of shipping as long as you let us know about the damaged order/s within 5 days of receiving your item/s.
